- Pricing (as of August 2026): Vowly Event has a free plan with no time limit and no card. The free plan covers the whole planning side: unlimited events, the budget tracker, seating plan, menu and dietary planning, music playlist, day-of timeline, task checklist and gift list, your guest list, and designing your invitation with any of the 40 themes. What you pay for is the guest-facing side: publishing your invitation link, emailing invitations, seeing RSVP details, opening the guest portal, letting guests upload photos, downloading the QR code, choosing a custom link address, inviting your team, and exporting your data. The free plan does not include a shareable invitation link. Premium is €7.99 per month or €39.99 per year (the yearly plan saves 58%). Every account also gets a 14-day trial of the paid side — QR download, team invites, data export and a custom link address are excluded from the trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; we send a reminder at least 3 days before each renewal payment, and cancelling is as straightforward as subscribing. Nothing is deleted if you stop paying: your planning stays, and the guest-facing side stays reachable for a further 3 days before it closes.
