Is Vowly Event free?
Yes — planning is free, with no time limit and no card. You can create unlimited events and use every planning tool for free: the budget tracker, seating plan, menu and dietary planning, music playlist, day-of timeline, task checklist, gift list, your guest list, and invitation design with all 40 themes. You subscribe (€7.99 per month or €39.99 per year) only when you want to share the invitation with guests — publishing the link, emailing invitations, RSVP details, the guest portal, guest photos and the QR code.
What do I have to pay for?
Everything your guests touch: publishing your invitation link, sending invitations by email, seeing who replied and their dietary notes, opening the guest portal, letting guests upload photos, downloading the QR code, inviting a partner or planner to your team, and exporting your data. The free plan does not include a shareable invitation link.
What is the difference between the free plan and the 14-day trial?
The free plan is permanent and covers planning only. The 14-day trial temporarily opens the paid, guest-facing side so you can publish an invitation and collect real replies before deciding — with three exceptions that stay closed during the trial: downloading the QR code, inviting your team, and exporting your data.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
The app does not lock. You drop back to the free plan and keep every planning tool, your guest list and all your data — nothing is deleted. What closes is the guest-facing side: your published invitation link stops accepting replies until you subscribe. Subscribing later reopens the same link; the link address never changes.
Can I plan more than one event on the free plan?
Yes — the free plan has no limit on how many events you create, across all ten event types. An engagement, a wedding and a birthday can live in the same account at the same time, each with its own planning studio and guest list.
