What the guest sees
A guest taps the link or scans the QR code and the invitation opens as a web page in the browser they already have, in the language their phone is set to across nine languages. The reply form is part of that page: coming or not, how many people the reply covers, and then only the questions you have switched on. On sending, the guest gets a confirmation e-mail in their language with a calendar file attached; if the date or venue changes later, the same calendar entry updates when they open the new file.
There is no account and no app for guests, and no password. If the host has set a PIN, the guest types it once; if the host has locked the link to invitations, the guest's own invitation link carries the key and opens straight through.
What the form can ask
Each row is a switch on the event, not a template you fill in. Turn on what your day needs and the form stays short; a guest at a small dinner sees three questions, a guest at a two-venue wedding sees six.

What the host controls
Six switches and two dates, all on the event, all changeable while replies are coming in.
- Reply-by date: the form closes itself when it passes, and shows your closing message instead. You can reopen it for a late reply.
- Capacity: a maximum total headcount; when the yeses reach it, the form stops accepting attendance.
- Stop accepting: a manual switch for the day the numbers have gone to the caterer.
- PIN: a four- to six-digit code you share by hand, for a link that has travelled further than you meant.

Where the answers go
Every reply writes straight into the event's guest list the moment it is sent: status, party size, names, menu counts, dietary notes, accommodation need, and which part of the day. The guest list is the same one the seating plan seats, the menu counts against and the caterer's export reads from, so there is nothing to copy across. The analytics view counts people rather than replies, shows the reply rate and the acceptance rate, how many are still quiet and how long the oldest unanswered invitation has waited, the meal counts per dish, and the capacity used.
Replies arrive through three doors and the list says which: a personal invitation you sent, the shared link, or the QR code. A guest who changes their mind opens the link in their confirmation e-mail and edits the same reply; the count follows and nothing is sent to you to file.
What it does not do
So you can plan around it: the app does not send text messages or WhatsApp messages on your behalf; you share the link yourself, in the chat or the mail you already use. It does not take payments from guests. It imports a guest list from your own spreadsheet on the web app (.xlsx or .csv, up to 500 rows: name, e-mail, phone, party size, notes), and guests otherwise arrive through their own replies or are added by hand. A reply is a reply, not a ticket: there is no door check-in.
